| 摘 要： | 为优化长绒棉、棕色棉与绵羊绒混纺纱的纺纱工艺,根据绵羊绒纤维的特点,生产中为保证绵羊绒在梳棉机顺利成网,并较精确地控制各成分的比例,采用三种混和的方法;为了提高绵羊绒可纺性,应对其进行预开松,改善纤维整齐度,排除部分死毛、杂质、短绒.通过采取上述措施,生产的长绒棉/棕色棉/绵羊绒50/30/20 14.6 tex纱各项指标均达到用户要求.

| Abstract: | To optimize the spinning processing of long-staple cotton brown cotton sheep cashmere blended yarn, three blending methods were adopted to guarantee fleece formation and control fiber ratio more exactly according to the property of stleep cashmere. To enhance the spinnability of sheep cashmere, pre-opening should be done to improve fiber regularity and remove several kemps, impurities, short fibers. Through adopting the measures, each index of long-staple cotton/brown cotton/sheep cashmere 50/30/20 14.6 tex can satisfy the customers demands. |
