摘    要:大型三级医院人满为患,等候时间长,就诊过程中还存在一些人为因素导致的不公平现象,使一些患者就医更加困难。本文结合门诊就医中存在的主要问题,探讨优化就医流程,提高门诊医疗服务效率的途径。

Abstract:Large-scale hospitals of the third class are overcrowded,which means more hours of waiting and there are some artificial factors causing unfairness in seeking medical treatment, which makes more trouble for the patients. Com- bining With the existing problems in outpatient, the writer suggests feasible solutions to optimize process of seeking medical treatment and improve efficiency of medical service.
