| 摘 要： | 为实现智能电网提出的＂高级计量、自动计量、读数＂要求,设计了一种用于配电终端既可以自动计量又可以有效监控的多功能电能表。介绍了该多功能电表主要部分的工作原理、功能。通过采集电网终端用户电气参数,采用高精度＂电能计量芯片ATT7026A＋微处理器＂的方案实现对电参数的计量、监控和调整。初步试验表明,该电能表性能良好,计量准确,智能化程度高,达到了设计要求。
