摘    要:目前,电网设备管理大多通过被动的计划检修完成,只注重遵循相关运维规程按设备运行时间安排检修工作,忽略对设备全寿命健康状况的评估与管理。本文提出计及设备全寿命周期运行状态的多源融合主动资产管理方法。首先,根据资产时间、逻辑及历史知识提出全寿命周期三维资产管理模型。接着采用设备案例推理方法,从电网安全、稳定、经济运行角度,应用迁移学习方法对案例进行自学习与案例库强化。最后,将所提出方法应用于存在海量多源异构数据的设备全寿命周期主动管理的实际案例中。结果表明,主动资产管理可以有效自动辨识设备运维状态,保证资产管理策略的可行性、适用性及安全性,为运维人员提供有力辅助决策。

Abstract:At present,the management of grid asset is usually performed by passive scheduled maintenance,which on?ly puts emphasis on abiding by the related operation and maintenance regulations and scheduling the maintenance work according to the operating time,without the evaluation or management of the status of health of equipment during its life cycle.In this paper,a life-cycle proactive asset management method based on multiple source data is proposed,which takes into account the operating status of equipment in its life cycle.First,a three-dimensional life-cycle asset manage?ment model is built according to the corresponding utilizing time,logic and historical knowledge.Then,the case-based reasoning method is used,and self-learning and case base reinforcement is applied to a case study using the transfer learning method from the aspects of grid safety,stability,and economic efficiency.Finally,the proposed method is ap?plied to a real case study of life-cycle proactive asset management,where massive multi-source heterogeneous data ex?ists.Results demonstrate that the proactive asset management can effectively and automatically recognize the operation and maintenance status of equipment,and ensue the feasibility,applicability,and safety of the asset management strat?egy,providing effective decision support for the operation and maintenance staff.
