摘    要:随着海上油田的开发,常规油藏逐渐进入中后期开发,而渤海油田的稠油储量占比很大,对于后续勘探开发提出了更高的要求。在常规防砂设计时,对于防砂精度的设计未考虑温度的影响,但在稠油热采的过程中,由于温度较高则应考虑其对筛管过滤精度的影响,防止造成堵塞、冲蚀及防砂失效的情况发生。本文在已有的金属网布的过滤精度计算公式的基础上,推导出了金属网布筛管受热膨胀后的过滤精度理论计算模型,并在不同温度下对过滤精度进行了实际测量计算,此外通过多元热流体实验得到实际应用的情况。通过推导的过滤精度理论计算模型能够计算出25~300℃温度范围内的金属网布筛管的过滤精度值;通过对金属网布筛管过滤网样片在不同温度下进行测量,实际过滤精度值与理论计算值较吻合;多元热流体实验后的筛管过滤精度,与理论计算值与实验检测值均有较大的降低;通过温度对金属网布筛管过滤精度的影响研究,对于渤海油田稠油开采具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:With the development of offshore oilfields,conventional oil reservoirs have gradually entered the middle and late stages of development,while the Bohai oilfield has a large proportion of heavy oil reservoirs which puts forward higher requirements for exploration and development.In the conventional sand control design,the design of sand control accuracy does not consider the influence of temperature,but in the process of heavy oil thermal recovery,due to the higher temperature,the influence of the filter accuracy of the screen should be considered to prevent blockage and erosion and the failure of sand control occurs.Based on the existing calculation formulas for the filtration accuracy of metal mesh,the theoretical calculation model of the filtration accuracy of the metal mesh screen after thermal expansion is deduced,and the filtration accuracy is actually measured and calculated at different temperatures.In addition,the actual application situation is obtained through multi-element thermal fluid experiments.Through the derived theoretical calculation model of filtration accuracy,it is possible to calculate the filtration accuracy value of the metal mesh screen within the temperature range of 25~300℃.By measuring the metal mesh screen filter screen samples at different temperatures,the actual filtration accuracy value is more consistent with the theoretical calculation value.After the experiment of the multi-element thermal fluid,the filtering accuracy of the screen,the theoretical calculation value and the experimental detection value are greatly reduced.The study of the influence of temperature on the filtration accuracy of metal mesh screens has important guiding significance for the production of heavy oil in the Bohai oilfield.
