油田老化油处理技术现状

摘    要:随着油田开发,老化油问题日益严重,常规流程难以满足处理要求。介绍了目前主流的老化油处理技术有回掺处理、热化学处理、超声波处理、微波处理、生物处理、电场处理、离心处理、蒸发处理。对以上技术的研究进展及现场应用案例进行了详细介绍,分析了各种方法的优缺点及使用条件,认为电场处理、离心处理、蒸发处理具有一定的推广价值,但须根据现场工况和油品性质进行工艺配套。对老化油处理的发展趋势进行展望,认为单独使用物理设备处理效果有限,建议将工艺与热化学相结合,提升处理效率;并建议从老化油产生机理进行研究,并从源头出发减少老化油产生以彻底解决该问题。

Abstract:With the development of oilfield,the problem of aging oil becomes more and more serious,and it is difficult to meet the current field requirements when we take conventional method.At present,the mainstream aging oil treatment technologies include back mixing treatment,thermochemical treatment,ultrasonic treatment,microwave treatment,biological treatment,electric field treatment,centrifugal treatment and evaporation treatment are introduced.Illustrated the research progress of the abovementioned technologies and the field application cases,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each method and the application conditions,it is considered that electric field treatment,centrifugal treatment and evaporation treatment have certain popularization value,but the process matching should be carried out according to the field conditions and oil properties.The development trend of aging oil treatment is prospected.It is considered that the treatment effect of using physical equipment alone is limited.It is suggested that the process should be combined with thermochemistry to improve the treatment efficiency.It is also suggested that the mechanism of aging oil should be studied and the generation of aging oil should be reduced from the source to solve the problem thoroughly.
