改良序贯疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的临床研究

目的观察改良序贯疗法根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)疗效及安全性。方法 88例Hp阳性消化性溃疡(PU)患者随机等分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予改良序贯疗法,对照组予标准三联疗法。疗程结束后,分别观察各组患者的溃疡愈合率、Hp根除率及不良反应情况。结果治疗组和对照组溃疡愈合率分别为95.45%和88.64%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组Hp根除率分别为90.91%和75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良序贯疗法具有Hp根除率高,溃疡愈合率高的特点,且安全可靠,可作为根除Hp感染的一线治疗方案。

Clinical research of improved sequential therapy of eradicating helicobacter pylori

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of improved sequential therapy on the peptic ulcer patients of helicobacter pylori.Methods 88 patients of the peptic ulcer patients of helicobacter pylori were randomly divided into the treatment group which used the improved sequential therapy and the control group which used standard triple therapy separately.After treatment,patients in each group were observed the ulcer healing rate,the Hp eradicated rate and the adverse reactions.Results The ulcer healing rates of the treatment group and the control group were 95.45% and 88.64% respectively,which were significant difference between the both groups(P<0.05).The Hp eradication rate was 90.91% in the treatment group,which raised significantly to the 75.00% of the rate in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved sequential therapy on the peptic ulcer patients of helicobacter pylori has the characteristic of higher eradication rate on Hp,higher ulcer healing rate,more safe,.It has broad application prospects,which can be the first-line therapy on Helicobacter Pylori.
