有限元模型对输电铁塔力学分析的影响

摘    要:以某110kV猫头型输电铁塔为例,利用ANSYS分析软件对输电铁塔的刚架模型和桁梁混合模型进行力学分析,得出2种模型对输电塔杆件应力和变形的影响规律;研究表明,2种模型所计算的最大综合位移值和最大综合应力相差较小,且发生最大综合应力极值的工况和杆件部位相同;实践证明,在同一工况下,桁梁混合模型结构设计较之刚架模型安全。

Abstract:Some 110 kV cat-tower is taken as an example and ANSYS is used for mechanical analysis on rigid model and truss-beam model of transmission tower,effect of the two models on stress and defornation of levers is concluded.The research shows that there exists little difference in maximum integrated displacement and maximum integrated stress calculated by the two models.Besides,the operting conditions and lever locations for extreme value of maximum integrated stress calculated by the two models are identical.The practice shows that in the same operating condition,the structural design of truss-beam model is safer than that of rigid model.
