摘    要:为了降低ERP应用失败率高的潜在风险,本文根据平衡记分卡(Balance Score Card,BSC)和关键成功因素(CSF)建立了1套ERP应用绩效评价模型,该模型包括"主要模块"和"辅助模块"2个部分。首先,对主要模块采用FAHP法确定ERP应用绩效等级,进而发现ERP的缺陷。然后,针对ERP的缺陷,对辅助模块采用TOPSIS算法确定ERP的Vague集绩效评价,从而采取有效的ERP售后服务方案,促进化工企业ERP应用过程不断完善。
