| 摘 要： | 目的总结青年人急性心肌梗死临床特点。方法对2003年4月—2007年3月鹤壁煤矿22例死于急性心肌梗死的青年人临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果22例青年人急性心肌梗死起病急，有典型的心前区疼痛，并与吸烟（15例）、酗酒（18例）和冠心病阳性家族史（16例）有关。结论改变不良生活方式有预防急性心肌梗死作用。

| Abstract: | Objective] To summarize the clinical features of the acute myocardial infarction among the young coalminers. Methods ] Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 22 cases of acute myocardial infarction since April 2003 to March 2007. Results ] The 22 young coalminers all suffered from acute myocardial infarction with precordial thumpx, which were closely related with smoking （ 15 cases）, drinking （ 18 cases） and family history of coronary heart disease. Conclusion] To change the unhealthy life style is effective in the prevention of acute myocardial infarction. |
