中医辨证施护改善慢性肾功能衰竭非透析患者贫血现状的效果观察

目的探讨中医的辨证施护对慢性肾功能衰竭非透析患者贫血状态的影响;方法选取慢性肾功能衰竭非透析所致贫血的患者84例,随机分为实验组和对照组各42例,对照组给予常规治疗及护理,实验组在给予常规治疗护理的基础上,实施中医辨证施护,自制慢性肾功能衰竭患者住院贫血状态观察表,入院第一天及出院前一天分别记录两组患者血红蛋白、红细胞压积,血尿素氮情况,比较两组患者贫血改善状态。结果实验组患者血红蛋白、红细胞压积明显升高,血尿素氮显著下降,P<0.05,差异有显著性意义。结论通过对非透析慢性肾功能衰竭所致贫血的患者早期进行中医的辩证施护,可提高慢性肾功能衰竭非透析患者生活质量,有助于延缓慢性肾功能衰竭起到保驾护航作用。

Dialectical Nursing of Chronic Renal Failure Improved Non Dialysis Patients Anemia Status Effect Observation

Objective To explore the Chinese medicine dialectical nursing on chronic renal failure anemia in dialysis patients state effects.Methods Chronic renal failure hemodialysis induced anemia in 84 patients,randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 42 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional treatment and nursing,the experimental group was given conventional treatment and nursing on the basis of the implementation,using dialectical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with chronic renal failure anemia,self-made hospital observation table,the first day of admission and discharge the day before the two groups were recorded respectively in hemoglobin,hematocrit,blood urea nitrogen,compared two groups of patients with anemia improved state.Results The experimental group patients hemoglobin,hematocrit increased significantly,blood urea nitrogen decreased significantly,P〈0.05,the difference is significant.Conclusion The dialysis patients with chronic renal failure anemia induced by early Chinese medicine dialectical nursing,can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure on dialysis,helps to slow the progression of chronic renal failure to escort.
