锂离子电池及关键材料知识产权分析

摘    要:介绍了全球及部分国家锂离子电池及磷酸铁锂等关键材料专利的申请量、区域分布、技术领域、主要申请人和产业化技术主要拥有者的情况;指出在加强新技术研究、规避国外专利、建立自主知识产权的同时,重视专利信息研究、建立知识产权预警机制,对我国锂离子电池及相关产业的可持续发展已显得尤其重要。

Abstract:The patent applications,area distributions,technical fields,main applicants and the owners of industrial technologies of the patents for Li-ion battery and its key materials,such as LiFePO4,in global and some countries,are introduced in this paper.It is pointed out that while strengthening the new technology research,to avade the foreign patents,establishing independent intellectual property rights,we must pay attention to the patent information research,establish early-warning mechanism of intellectual property.It is particularly important to the sustainable development of our Li-ion battery andthe related industries.
