| 摘 要： | 为减缓油气田环境中CO_2的腐蚀,以氨基三亚基甲基膦苯、吗啉、硫尿和其他缓蚀剂为原料复配了一种缓蚀剂GT-1,采用静态挂片失重法和电化学测试方法研究了GT-1对CO_2腐蚀的缓蚀效果.结果表明:GT-1对碳钢的阳极活性溶解有着明显的抑制作用,属于阳极型缓蚀剂;复配后对CO_2腐蚀有良好的缓蚀作用,缓蚀率高达96.07%,是高效的气相缓蚀剂;氨基三亚基甲基膦苯、吗啉、硫尿和其他缓蚀剂之间具有良好的协同促进作用.

| Abstract: | To decrease the corrosive action of CO2 in oil-gas field,a compound inhibitor(GT-1) including amino tris(methylene phosphonic acid),morpholine,thiourea and other normal corrosion inhibitors was developed to control CO2 corrosion both in vapor and liquid phases,and its inhibition efficiency was evaluated by static weight-loss method and electrochemical measurement.Results show that GT-1 can decrease the carbon steels anodic dissolution significantly,which belongs to anodic corrosion inhibitor.GT-1 attains go... |
