| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察金诃安儿宁冲剂镇咳、祛痰及清热的作用。方法 :观察金诃安儿宁冲剂对豚鼠枸橼酸所致咳嗽的影响及使用气管段酚红法观察其对小鼠祛痰作用的影响 ;观察对啤酒酵母所致的大鼠发热及伤寒 -副伤寒菌苗所致的家兔发热的影响。结果 :金诃安儿宁冲剂能延长枸橼酸所致豚鼠的咳嗽潜伏期 ,可减少咳嗽次数 ,对小鼠有显著的祛痰作用 ;对啤酒酵母致大鼠发热有明显的解热作用 ,能使发热家兔体温缓慢持续性降低。结论 :该药具有镇咳、祛痰及解热的作用

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Jinke anerning granule on removing heat-phlegm and antibechic. Methods: Animed model were prepared after oral administration the Jinke anerning granule 7d. The times of cough induced by citric acid on guinca pig and the effect of expectorant by injected pheonal red in mice were observed. The fever by injected cerevisiae fermentum in rats and by injected typhoparatyphoid vaccine in rabbits was measure. Results: The Jinke anerning granule could reduce the times of cough,delay the inculation period of cough and could remove sputum.It could reducing fever significantly too. Conclusion: Jinke anerning granule has good effect on removing heat-phlegm and antibechic. |
