HPLC法同时测定痰热清注射液中木犀草苷和黄芩苷的含量

目的:建立同时测定痰热清注射液中木犀草苷和黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-pheny(l250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸(梯度洗脱),流速为0.8mL·min-1,检测波长为350nm,柱温为室温。结果:木犀草苷、黄芩苷的进样量分别在0.82～4.09μg(r=0.9993)和2.37～19.72μg(r=0.9996)范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为97.87%、105.31%,RSD分别为1.94%(n=6)、1.32%(n=6)。结论:本方法简单、快速、准确,可用于痰热清注射液的质量控制。

Content Determination of Luteolin and Baicalin in Tanreqing Injection by HPLC

OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the content determination of luteolin and baicalin in Tanreqing injection. METHODS： HPLC method was adopted. Agilent ZORBAX SB-phenyl column（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）was used with acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 350 nm and coltmm temperature was room temperature.RESULTS： The linear ranges of luteolin and baicalin were 0.82-4.09 μg （r=0.999 3） and 2.37-19.72 μg（r=0.999 6）, respectively. The average recoveries were 97.87% （RSD= 1.94% ,n=6） and 105.31% （RSD= 1.32%, n=6）, respectively. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used for quality control of Tanreqing injection.
