MRI和MSCT对颅内病变的比较诊断

摘    要:目的:比较多层螺旋CT(MSCT)和MRI在中枢神经系统某些疾病诊断方面的不同价值。材料和方法:常规MRI检查仍有诊断疑问而行MSCT三维成像检查的5例病例。MSCT采集层厚0.5mm或1.0mm,重建间隔0.5mm,螺距:3.5或5.5,图像后处理包括多平面重建(Multiple Planar Reconstruction,MPR)和遮羔容积重建(ShadedVolume Rendering,SVR)。结果:全部病例的MSCT图像,除得到MRI的诊断信息外,另有新增诊断信息而得到临床确诊。MSCT在中枢神经系统形态学诊断方面相对于MRI的优势有:显示肿瘤钙化和继发颅底骨质改变,空间分辨高,利于显示微细构造以及增强检查同时观察血管和其他组织结构。结论:MSCT检查在某些中枢神经系统病例优于MRI检查。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the different value on the aspect of the central nervous system diseases diagnostic with the multi -slice CT(MSCT)and MRI.Materials and Methods :Five patients with suspected diagnosis after accepted routine MRI exami -nation underwent 3D MSCT scanning.M SCT scanning parameters:beam thick ness 0.5mm or 1.0mm;reconstruction slice thickness 1.0mm;reconstruction interval 0.5mm;pitch 3.5or 5.5.Imaging post -processed techniques included Multiple P lanar Reconstruction(MPR)and Shaded Volume Rendering(SVR).Results:For all patients MSCT images added ad ditional diagnostic suggestions in to those which were made by routine MRI.The advantages of MSCT compared with MRI in displaying central nerve lesions lied in showing calcification foci and secondary basic skull abnormalities,and its hig h spatial resolution was helpful to d isplay the fine structure,and once injection of contrast media cou ld observe cerebral vessels and other tissue simultaneously.Conclusion:MSCT is prior to MRI ex-amination in some cases with central nerve diseases.
