| 摘 要： | 目的:优选蒙药沙棘中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以沙棘中总黄酮和浸膏得率为指标,采用正交试验方法,优选提取工艺。结果:乙醇浓度对蒙药沙棘总黄酮的提取影响较大。结论:最佳提取工艺参数为:75%乙醇、10倍量、回流提取3次、每次0.5h。

| Abstract: | Obieetive： To optimize extraction technology of the total flavonoids from Shaji. Method ： The orthogonal test was used to optimizethe extracting method with the total flavonbids from Shaji as the target of the test. Result ： The ethanol concentration had great impact on the target. Conclusion： The parameters of the best extration technology are as follows ：75% ethanol, 10 times the weight of the dried material,refuxing and extraeting 0. 5h for 3 times. |
