北京地区农村建筑节能评定基准建筑确定方法

摘    要:通过对北京农村住宅建筑调研,确定了基准建筑模型及其围护结构传热系数。以两栋农宅建筑为例,当代表建筑结构形式与基准建筑模型相似时,围护结构传热系数取值与农村住宅围护结构平均传热系数值相同;当代表建筑结构形式较特殊时,围护结构传热系数根据实际情况取综合值。

Abstract:Through investigation and research on rural residential buildings in Beijing, referential building model and thermal transmission coefficients of its enclosure structure are determined. Taking two rural buildings for examples, when representative building structure is similar to the referential building model, thermal transmission coefficient of the enclosure structure is same as the average thermal transmission coefficient of enclosure structure of rural residential building; when representative building structure is relatively special, thermal transmission coefficient of enclosure structure shall adopt a general value according to the practical conditions.
