围手术期健康教育对食管癌患者术后并发症的影响研究

目的研究食管癌患者围手术期健康教育对术后并发症的影响。方法选择行择期食管癌根治手术患者206例,随机分为传统护理组(A组)及健康教育组(B组),并对两组术后并发症(包括肺部并发症及吻合口瘘)发生率进行比较。结果A组患者99例,术后并发症11例(11.1%);B组患者107例,术后并发症4例(3.7%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期健康教育对预防食管癌患者术后并发症的发生起到重要作用。

Research of effect of health education in perioperative period on postoperative complications in esophageal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the effect of health education in perioperative period on the postoperative complications in esophageal carcinoma.Methods Two hundreds and six patients with esophageal carcinoma were included in this study,the patients were randomly divided into group A(traditional nursing group) and group B(health education group),then compared postoperative complications(including lung complications and stoma fistula) of each group.Results There were 99 patients in group A,11 patients with postoperative complications(11.1%),107 patients in group B and 4 patients with postoperative complications(3.7%).The incidence of postoperative complications in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).Among 49 cases with hypertension,7 patients had postoperative complications(14.3%).Among the other 157 cases without hypertension,there were 8 patients with postoperative complications(5.1%).Compared the two groups,statistics significance was found.Conclusion The incidence of postoperative complications in esophageal carcinoma patients with hypertension is higher than that without hypertension.The health education in perioperative period plays an important role in preventing postoperative complications.
