肼类燃料液滴的亚临界——超临界蒸发/分解燃烧理论

摘    要:对肼、一甲基肼、偏二甲肼的亚临界--超临界蒸发/分解燃烧进行了研究,计算了肼类燃料滴在不同压力下液滴温度和蒸发速度的变化历程,计算了蒸发常数、传热数和传质数,其结果和实验数据是吻合的。本文不但考虑了肼类燃料滴的亚临界蒸发/分解燃烧,还考虑到了其超临界蒸发/分解燃烧,并对达到超临界工况时的界限参数进行了计算。

Abstract:Subcritical/supercritical evaporation/decomposition/combustion of N2H4/MMH/ UDMH are studied. The N2H4/MMH/UDMH droplet temperature and evaporation rate at different environmental pressures are calculated and compared. The evaporation constant, the number of heat transfer and the number of mass transfer are also considered and calculated. The numerically simulated results are agreeable with the theoretical analysis and test data. This paper considers not only the subcritical but also the supercritical evaporation. And the limited ambient parameters for reaching supercritical evaporation are calculated. All of this shows that the evaporation models of numerical simulation methods are reasonable. The present models may be used both in rocket engine steady state combustion and in instability calculations.
