摘    要:本工作探讨在隔膜槽中,用Pb(+)-Cu(-)电极、锰盐为媒质间接电氧化甘油为2,3—二羟基丙醛(甘油醛)的可行性。结果表明、在优选的条件下,电解2小时,甘油醛产率达48.7%、电流效率16.1%。这已达到工业生产要求。

Abstract:The feasibility of indicrect electro-oxidation of glycerol with manganic salt and electrode pair Pb (+)-Cu(-) to 2,3-dihydroxypropanal (glyceryl aldehyde) in an electrolytic bath with a diaphragm has been investigated. The obtained results show that the yield of aldehyde is up to 48.7% and current efficiency 16.1% after electrosynthesizing for two hours under the preferable condition. This result can essentially meet the industrial requirement.
