基于PLC与变频器的恒压供水节能技术研究

摘    要:针对传统供水方式的缺点,提出了基于PIE和变频器的恒压供水改造方式.分析了恒压供水系统的节能原理,设计了系统的硬件电路图,提出了系统的软件设计方法,给出了系统的控制流程图.经实际运行证明,改造后的供水系统控制简单、可靠性高、保护功能完善、节电效果显著.

Abstract:The paper presents the water supply method under constant pressure based on PLC and frequency converter, compared with the shortcomings of traditional water supply. The principle of energy-saving is analyzed and the hardware circuit diagram of the system is designed. Moreover, it proposes the software design method as well as the flow chart of the control system. It proves by the actual operation that the water supply system is controlled simply with high reliability, perfect protection function and significant energy-saving effect.
