| 摘 要： | 基于美国EDS的ideasMS9m2软件 ,针对连铸机大包转台钢结构设计复杂 ,部件多的特点 ,在计算机内进行了虚拟样机设计 ,即三维造型、系统装配和干涉检查 ,并基于虚拟样机的基础上创建了有限元仿真分析的力学模型 ,同时进行了详细的优化计算分析 ,为方案设计提供了可靠的理论依据。

| Abstract: | According to the character of frame complexity and parts more about the laddle turret of continuous casting machinery, the solid modeling, assembled the virtual sample and did interference checking in the computer are created . And also FEA mechanics model based on 3D modeling is created . Finished the Finite Element Analysing and optimizing, and gotten some useful design data for scheme. |
