茵栀黄联合双歧杆菌配合蓝光治疗病理性黄疸的疗效分析

目的观察茵栀黄合剂及双歧杆菌活菌制剂配合蓝光治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的疗效及安全性,并进一步探讨其可能作用机制,为临床提供更确实有效的治疗方法。方法将180例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿随机分为A、B、C三组各60例,三组均采用蓝光治疗,A组加用双歧杆菌活菌剂,B组加用茵栀黄合剂,C组同时加用双歧杆菌活菌剂及茵栀黄合剂,观察三组患儿的黄疸消退情况、血清胆红素数值及全身状况。结果组间比较,B组、C组在退黄时间、降低胆红素数值及总有效率方面明显优于A组（P〈0.01）;C组在退黄时间、降低胆红素数值及总有效率方面明显优于B组（P〈0.05）。结论在普通蓝光照射的同时加用双歧杆菌活菌剂及茵栀黄合剂比单用双歧杆菌活菌剂或者茵栀黄合剂效果明显,而双歧杆菌活菌剂及茵栀黄合剂均为口服,无需静脉给药,患儿及家长容易接受,其疗效确切,无明显不良反应,可以进一步缩短病程,减轻家长的心理负担,值得临床上推广应用。

Yinzhihuang mixture and Bifidobacterium preparation combined with blue light in the treatment of pathological jaundice.

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Yinzhihuang mixture and live Bifidobacte- rium preparation combined with blue light in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice, and further to investigate its possible mechanism, in order to provide more effective therapeutic protocols. Methods A total of 180 neonates with pathological jaundice were randomly divided into 3 groups, which were all treated with blue light. Group A was further treated with live Bifidobacterium preparation, group B with Yinzhibuang mixture, and group C with live Bifi- dobacterium preparation and Yinzhihuang mixture. Jaundice eliminating, serum bilirubin values and systemic state were recorded to observe the efficacy and safety. Results The time of eliminating jaundice, the values of bilirubin re- ductionand and the total efficiency in group B and C were better than those in group A （P〈0.01）; the time of eliminat- ing jaundice, the values of bilirubin reductionand and the total efficiency in group C were better than those of group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bifidobacterium and Yinzhihuang mixture combined with blue light is obviously better than single Bifidobacterium or Yinzhihnang mixture in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice.
