带膜镍钛记忆合金支架在胃镜直视下治疗食管狭窄的临床意义

【目的】回顾性分析带膜镍钛记忆合金支架在胃镜直视下治疗食管狭窄的疗效及并发症的防治。【方法】术前充分准备,术中行食管狭窄扩张术后,在胃镜直视下准确置入带膜镍钛记忆合金支架,术后观察其对吞咽困难的治疗效果及并发症的防治。【结果】87例患者均顺利置入带膜镍钛记忆合金支架,吞咽困难症状得到缓解或消失,近期疗效显著,也提高了患者的生存质量,并延长了生存时间;主要并发症为胸骨后疼痛和胃食管反流,无大出血和穿孔等严重并发症发生。【结论】带膜镍钛记忆合金支架在胃镜直视下治疗食管狭窄是安全有效的。

Clinical significance of treating esophageal stenosis using silicone covered nitinol metallic stent under gastroscopic guidance

Objective] To evaluate the therapeutic effect and complications of esophageal stenesis using silicone covered nitinol metallic stent under gastroscopic guidance. Methods] After adequate preoperative preparation and esophageal dilation, silicone covered nitinol metallic stents were inserted and released at the site of stenosis under gastroscopic guidance. Effect and complication after this procedure were observed and recorded. Results] The stents were placed successfully in all of the 87 patients with esophageal stenosis. The dysphagia of the patients was relieved or disappeared, complications of this procedure were chest pain and gastroesophageal reflux. Conclusion] Placement of silicone covered nitinol metallic stent under gastroscopic guidance is a safe, effective and simple treatment for inoperable esophageal stenosis.
