| 摘 要： | 针对当前某型船舶修理采取定点维修制，提出利用一类模糊隶属度的博弈来解决船东与承修单位相互间的最优策略问题，利用合同调动修船厂积极性，同时提高修理质量。通过实证分析，得出船东采用激励策略，修船厂倾向于不愿冒信誉风险的这一结论是符合实际的。

| Abstract: | Concerning fixed maintenance adopted by ship-owners, a kind of game solution with fuzzy membership degree is presented to solve the problem of optimum strategy between ship-owners and repair units. Contracts are used to enhance the enthusiasm of ship repair units and improve repair quality. Through demonstration analysis, it is concluded that ship-owners adopt motivating strategies and therefore repair units are apt to work hard other than taking credit risks. Experiments show that this conclusion is in accordance with fact. |
