激光共聚焦生物芯片扫描中的自动调焦

摘    要:计算图像高频分量进行成像的调焦是自动调焦的方法之一。通过对调焦评价函数的分析,根据激光共聚焦生物芯片扫描的成像特点,提出了一种调焦评价函数-像素灰度差绝对值求和法。运用爬山搜索算法进行多次重复调焦实验,并对此调焦评价函数的自动调焦重复精度进行了验证。

Abstract:The image high-frequency calculating is one of the auto-focus methods. Focusing evaluation function was analyzed and by the peculiarity of imaging of the laser confocal biochip scanning, a focusing evaluation function-the sum of the absolute value of gray difference was proposed. More examinations were made employing the mountain-climb searching algorithm, and the repeat precision of auto-focus of the focusing evaluation function were validated.
