摘    要:以嵌入式微控制器C8051F为控制核心实现了便携式的多功能超辐射发光二极管(SLD)测控系统。该系统具有多种工作模式,包括恒流控制工作模式、恒光功率工作模式、恒温控制工作模式和连续LIV测试工作模式;可为SLD提供高稳定性的电流控制、光功率控制和温度控制,实验结果表明其长期驱动电流稳定度0.023%、光功率控制稳定度0.026%、温度控制偏差0.03℃。同时利用该系统可实现器件LIV特性的自动测试,其结果可用于SLD性能的表征与评价。

Abstract:A portable multifunction SLD (super-luminescent diode) control system with embedded microcontroller C8051F as con- trol center was realized. The system has multiple working modes: constant current mode, constant optical power mode, constant tem- perature control mode and continuous LIV testing mode, which can provide high stability of the current, optical power and tempera- ture control for SLDs. The test results show that the long-term stability of drive current is up to 0. 023%, the stability of optical power control is up to 0. 026%, the deviation of temperature control is 0.03 ℃. The automatic testing of device LIV characteristics can be achieved by the system. The results can be used for evaluating the characteristics of SLDs.
