摘    要:在线监测电容型设备绝缘所获得的tanδ值是波动的,这与环境温湿度、电压等外界因素的影响有关。笔者分析了这些因素对tanδ的影响后,引入了灰关联分析来量化tanδ序列变化与各因素序列变化的接近性,并通过对灰关联度排序实现故障诊断,实例分析验证了方法的有效性。最后,对灰关联分析在电容型设备故障诊断中的应用提出了一些建议。

Abstract:Due to influence of some factors such as ambient temperature, humidity and bus voltage, the on-line measured dielectric dissipation factor tanδ of capacitive equipment is fluctuant. In this paper, the influence of those factors on tanδ is analyzed. Then grey relational analysis is introduced to quantify similarity between tanδ data series and effective factor data series. Through sorting grey relational degree, the fault diagnosis is realized. A practical case shows the approach is valid. Finally, proposals are provided for further application of grey relational analysis to insulation fault diagnosis for capacitive equipment.
