| 摘 要： | 电子化协同工作、工作流程自动化、办公辅助决策等办公自动化已经成为各单位必然需求。办公自动化在现代医院的建设中是日益重要和起到关键的作用。医院在推行办公自动化的过程中,应该在员工的思想观念,员工的知识水平,相关的制度建设和相关激励措施等方面为办公自动化创造有利的环境。
