中山市文明围洪水风险数值模拟分析

摘    要:为了进行洪水风险图的编制,采用DHI公司的动态耦合FLOOD水动力学模型和dambreak模块,对文明围防洪保护区的洪水进行数值模拟计算分析。建立的数值模型可以有效地反映文明围防洪保护区内各种条件下出现的洪水淹没信息,包括到达时间、淹没历时、淹没水深、洪水流速等,给水利部门和防汛机构制定防汛应急预案、部署应急响应行动、进行洪涝灾情评估、推行洪水影响评价及开展防洪治涝工程体系的规划、建设与管理等工作提供基本的依据,进而为决策者提供科学决策的依据,制定合理的避洪转移方案,减少社会经济损失。

Abstract:For the flood hazard mapping, dynamic couple FLOOD hydrodynamic model and DAMBREAK module are adopted to numerical calculate and analyze the flood in Wenming flood control area. This numerical model can effectively affect the different conditions in the Wenming flood control area, including the arrival time, submerge time-consuming, flood depth and speed and so on. This can provide foundations for the water departments to make the emergency plan of flood control, to deploy the emergency response, to assess the disaster and affection of the flood, and to carry out the planning, construction, and management the flood control and treatment system. Furthermore, this can also provide a scientific basis for the decision-maker who can make a reasonable project to avoid the transferring, and finally to reduce the social economy loss.
