十二烷基苯磺酸钠胶束在含Ni~(2+)水溶液中的超滤特性研究

摘    要:采用截留相对分子质量40 k的超滤膜,研究了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)及其胶束在含Ni2+水溶液中的超滤特性,讨论了对SDBS及Ni2+截留率和膜通量的影响因素。结果表明,SDBS胶束在水溶液中与Ni2+作用,可形成比纯SDBS胶束大得多的胶束或胶束聚集体;经过超滤膜过程处理,获得了镍离子浓度小于0.28mg/L,COD小于52的透过液,用于含镍废水处理,可达到国家废水排放标准或装置回用要求;Ni2+的回收率达98%以上,有利于浓缩液回收金属;在pH值为9.56时,可获得145.8 L/(m2.h)的通量。

Abstract:The ultrafiltration properties of anionic surfactant sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS) and its micells in an aqueous Ni~(2+) solution with an ultrafiltration membrane that has a MWCO of 40 000 Dalton was studied.The rejection of the Ni~(2+) and SDBS and the permeate flux were discussed.Due to the interactions between Ni~(2+) and SDBS,the micells sizes of SDBS in the aqueous solution are larger than those in a pure SDBS solution.Experimental results indicated that Ni~(2+) concentration in the UF permeate was lower than 0.28 mg/L and the COD was lower than 52;which meet the national standard discharge requirement;the recovery of Ni~(2+) was greater than 98%;the permeation flux was approximately 145.8 L/(m~2·h) at a pH of 9.56.
