摘    要:将风电和氢能两种绿色能源耦合在一起,针对风氢耦合发电系统的燃料电池和电解槽出力响应延迟问题,采用燃料电池和超级电容器减少延迟。考虑到储能系统不仅要尽可能减少能源的浪费,还要最大限度地消除风电波动性的影响,最小目标函数为风电弃风量、负荷缺电率和风电波动量,对风氢混合储能系统进行容量优化配置。在求取最优解集中,基于决策变量的搜索范围,采用不同的变异策略,使带精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-II)的全局寻优能力更强。通过算例分析,验证该方法的有效性。

Abstract:Two kinds of green energy,wind power and hydrogen energy,are coupled together.To solve the problem of output response delay of fuel cell and electrolytic cell of wind-hydrogen coupled power generation system,fuel cell reactor and supercapacitor are adopted to meet the load demand.Considering that the energy storage system should not only reduce the waste of energy as much as possible,but also minimize the impact of wind power volatility.In this paper,the optimal capacity allocation of wind and hydrogen hybrid energy storage system is carried out by taking wind power abandon,load power shortage rate and minimum wind wave momentum as objective functions.In the process of obtaining the optimal solution set,the mutation strategy of the fast non-dominant ranking genetic algorithm(nsga-ii)with elite strategy is changed based on the search range of decision variables.The validity and rationality of this method are verified by an example analysis.
