摘    要:介绍了一种新型跨越轨道防护装备的主体结构和搭建流程,重点校核了底架结构的静强度并对底架的中间构架进行了优化分析.有限元计算结果表明:优化计算后底架在个别工况下的最大应力值较优化前有所增大,但仍未超过该类工况下的许用应力值,底架结构在优化后强度满足要求;与此同时,底架结构在优化后减重533.50 kg,降低了制造成本.

Abstract:The main structure and construction process of a new type of track-crossing protective equipment are introduced,focusing on the check and calibration of the static strength of the underframe structure and the optimization analysis of the intermediate frame of the underframe.Results of finite element calculation show that after optimization calculation,the maximum stress of the underframe under individual working conditions is increased compared with that before optimization,but does not exceed the allowable stress under such working conditions,and after optimization,the strength of the underframe structure meets the requirements;and the weight of the underframe structure decrease by 533.50 kg,reducing the manufacturing cost.
