医学物理学特色专业建设的研究与思考

目的：在肿瘤放射治疗过程中医学物理师担负着重要的职责，在保证辐射安全、提高治疗技术水平，为患者提供服务等方面起的作用越来越重要。泰山医学院医学物理学专业是以培养物理师为特色的专业，本文针对泰山医学院医学物理学专业的建设现状，找出存在的问题，规划专业建设目标，细化建设内容，以期对我国医学物理学专业的发展提供有意义的探索。方法：通过分析医学物理学专业目前在课程培养体系、师资队伍建设及校企合作等方面存在的不足．以“名校工程”建设为契机，积极探索医学物理人才培养模式，构建合理的医学物理人才培养新体系。结果：按照准确定位、注重内涵、突出优势、强化特色的原则，突出医学优势，彰显医工结合特色，科学制定医学物理学专业建设方案，创新培养模式。推进教学团队、课程资源、教学方式、实践体系、教学管理等专业发展重点领域的建设，积极推进教学水平和人才培养质量的整体提升。结论：实践证明，泰山医学院医学物理学专业正在慢慢被社会认可，学生就业率始终保持在99％以上，且大部分就业在三甲医院，高考报考人数也在逐年上升。

The purpose of the paper is to putting out meaningful exploration for medical physics characteristic specialty by finding out the existing problems, planning professional construction goal, detailing construction content With the construction situation of Taishan medical physics. Methods：As an.opportunity of the construction of ＂school project＂, We explore the medical physics training mode actively, Construct reasonable practical teaching system by analyzing the present medical physics condition in course system, teaching staff construction and the deficiency existing in university-enterprise cooperation, etc. Results：According to the accurate position, paying attention to the connotation, high lighting the characteristics of advantage, strengthening the principle, outstanding the medical advantages, showing the features of medical professionals combination, constructing the medical physics major scientifically by training mode innovation, promoting the teaching team, course resources, teaching methods, practicing system, teaching management, and other key areas of professional development, we actively promote the teaching level and quality of personnel training overall ascension. Conclusions： The medical physics subject has gradually been recognized by the society proved practically. The students＇ employment rate keeps over 99%, and most of them have jobs in grade three general hospital. The number for people to want to the profession is rising year by year.
