摘    要:我国中小型氯碱企业主要生产设备钢制水夹套氯化氢合成炉缺少防腐优化设计方法,导致合成炉腐蚀严重,使用寿命短。本文在对钢制水夹套氯化氢合成炉腐蚀机理分析基础上,提出了防腐壁温约束条件的合成炉优化设计方法和数学模型,并应用Visual Basic 5.0开发了优化设计应用软件,提高了设计质量和效率。经生产企业实践运行检验,设计合理,操作稳定,合成炉使用寿命长。

Abstract:The production equipment steel manufactured water jacket hydrogen chloride synthesizer want mothballing optimization de- sign method in China glacon chlor-alkali enterprises,working synthesizer mothballing and influencing service life.This paper provides synthesizer optimization design method and mathematical model of additive mothballing wall temperature bondage condition in analysed corrosion mechanism of hydrogen chloride synthesizer.It exploits optimization design opplication software with Visual Basic 5.0.The production practice has proven that the design is reasonable,the operation is stable and the service life is longer.
