| 摘 要： | 文章在实现信息量化的基础上通过产品开发任务的实例，给出了下游相关工作启动条件的算法，该算法为实现相关工作的合理启动提供了量化依据，对启动条件由定性处理向定量处理方向发展进行了有益的探索。

| Abstract: | Based on quantifying information and by concrete evidence of product's development,this paper presents an algorithm to determine the starting condition of related downstream task.The algorithm provides quantifying basis for reasonable start of related tasks.The paper explores possible development of starting condition from quantitative processing to qualitative processing. |
