| 摘 要： | 分析了螺纹盖的成型特点，设计了螺纹盖注射模具。螺纹部分成型是关键环节，介绍了模具的分型机构和脱模方式，采用齿轮型芯，用齿轮传动来带动齿轮型芯转动实现分型，通过螺纹传动来脱模，同时，解决了1模多腔的难点，简化了模具结构，具有一定的推广价值。

| Abstract: | The forming character of screw cap is analyzed, and screw cap injection mold is designed. Screw thread forming is the critical procedure, the parting mold mechanism and demoulding mode of mold are introduced, by gear mold core, using gear transmission to drive the running of gear mold core so as to realize parting mold, demoulding is performed by crew thread transmission. As the result, the difficulty of multi-cavity mold gets solved, and mold structure is simplified, the design has a certain value to popularizing. |
