| 摘 要： | 本文首先介绍了流域算法的基本思想、基本原理以及流域变换过程中所存在的问题,回顾了为加快流域变换的计算而进行的大量研究工作,然后利用区域信息、结合交互式流域变换分割医学图像,实验结果表明该方法能有效地解决流域变换中的过度分割问题。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we introduce the basic idea and principle of the watershed algorithm, analyze the problems in the watershed transformation, and then recall much wok done to calculate watershed transformation. In the end, we combine region information and interactive watershed algorithm in the complicated medical image segmentation. The results of experiment show that this method effectively prevents over-segment in the watershed transformation. |
