| 摘 要： | 目的分析颅脑损伤并发神经源性肺水肿的临床特点及治疗方法。方法对我院36例颅脑损伤并发神经源性肺水肿进行回顾性分析。结果治愈5例，伤残10例，植物生存1例，死亡20例。结论早期发现、及时合理的治疗对降低颅脑损伤并发神经源性肺水肿病死率有肯定的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze clinical characteristics and treatment method of brain damage complicated with neurological pulmonary edema. Method A retrospective study of 36 cases was conducted, who were admitted in our hospital with brain damage complicated with neurological pulmonary edema. Results Among the total, 5 recovered, 10 were disabled, 1 had life without and 20 died. Conclusion In order to reduce the mortality rate, it is critical to have an early diagnosis of, and timely and proper treatment on, the patients of brain damage complicated with neurological pulmonary edema. |
