| 摘 要： | 目的通过观察中药治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群变化,来探讨该方对CA患者细胞免疫功能是否有调节作用。方法采用流式细胞仪对治疗组(解毒祛疣汤)66例及对照组(正常人)14例外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测,并行两组间治疗前后对比。结果与对照组比较,CA患者治疗前外周血中CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞百分率及CD4+/CD8+比值降低(P0.05),CD8+T淋巴细胞百分率升高(P0.05)。治疗后未复发组45例CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞百分率及CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高,CD8+T淋巴细胞百分率明显降低(P0.05);复发组16例CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞百分率及CD4+/CD8+比值均无明显变化(p均0.05)。结论CA患者存在细胞免疫功能低下,中药解毒祛疣汤对其有调节作用。
