| Abstract: | Najiing Road in Shanghai is the famous traditional shopping street which is rich in historical, cultural and commercial value. This article introduces the implementing design of Nanjing Road Pedestrian Mall , suggests the future plan of its expanding to the pedestrian shopping area according to the practical experience and the modern theory of the commercial pedestrian area planning, and expresses the view on the recent "pedestrian mall craze". |
