摘    要:物流配送过程中主要有两个环节,一是配送对象的选择,另一个是配送路线的设计.物流中心选址应以物流系统和社会经济效益为目标,用系统学理论和系统工程方法,综合考虑多种因素,对物流中心位置进行科学的研究和决策.在地理信息系统(GIS)现代信息技术应用于物流中心选址基础上,分析了物流配送选址中满足最小覆盖圆的一种基于Voronoi图的设施选址优化算法.针对以往交通路线选择是在一个假设的道路交通条件不变的背景下,根据实时动态交通条件进行路线选择,将智能运输系统(ITS)应用于动态路线选择.

Abstract:In allusion to the two taches in the process of logistics , one is the choice of configure object ,the other is the design of configure channel . The location of logistics center should be the first target in both social and economic efficiency and the system of logistics .By using the system theory and systems engineering, the location of logistics center must be studied and decided with multi factors .On the basis of the modernization skills that GIS is correctly used in the location of the logistics center , an optimized algorithm of public establishment location selection based on Voronoi Diagram that meets the principle of the minimum covered circle is put forward . The traditional traffic route-selection is under the assumptive condition that the road surface is invariable. In this paper , on the basis of the dynamic model of route-selection ,ITS is used in the dynamic route-selection .
