织物光译仪的研制

摘    要:介绍一种二次元变角光度仪。该仪器由光电转换、角度变更和微机处理系统三个部分组成。光电接收器件为一硅光电池,入射光为平行光束,入射角的定位采用手调方式,接收角的变更由步进电机来完成,步进电机的控制、数据的采集和处理均由微机来完成。实际测试取得了与日本同类仪器一致的结果。

Abstract:In thiS paper,a new apparatus for measuring Luster of fabrics is reported. The appara-tus comprises photoelectric transformation, angle change and computer process. Photoelectricreceivcer is a silicon cell,the incident light is a beam of collimated light beam,in which the in-cident angle is located by hand,the change of receiving angle is performed by a step motor. The control of step motor,data acquisition and management are performed by microcomput-ers.Therefore,the instrument has a simple construction,good flesibility and high data pro-cessing ability.
