| 摘 要： | 通过热分析法研究了以淮南煤为主的烟煤制备型煤的配方,以烟尘排放量、SO2排放量为主要指标,研究烟煤、煤泥为主配合无烟煤制备型煤的优化方案。通过各因素对各指标影响的综合分析得到的较好配方为:配煤比例,(烟煤︰无烟煤=80︰20);白泥(外加),8.0%;氧化剂(外加),0.5%;催化剂(外加),1.5%。

| Abstract: | In order to prepare type coal by thermal analysis, Huainan bituminous coal was selected. Dust emission and SO2 emission as main index, study the optimization scheme of type coal prepared with anthracite coal which was combined with bituminous coal and slime. The better formula is： coal blending ratio（bituminous coal： anthracite coa1=80：20）; white mud（external addition）, 8.0 %; oxidant（external addition）, 0.5 %; catalyst（external addition）, 1.5 %. |
