| 摘 要： | 介绍了螺旋焊管机组成型辊的工作状况及作用。为满足X80级高强度螺旋缝埋弧焊管成型要求,设计了一种大承载力、高强度2#成型辊,该辊从加大原辊的直径和宽度、辊内部滚子直径和数量着手,并改进了辊座、辊梁及润滑管路,提高了成型辊的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | This article introduced forming roller working condition and function of SSAW pipe units.In order to meet forming requirements of X80 grade SSAW pipe with high strength,a kind of 2# forming roller with high strength and great load was designed.It enlarged diameter and width of the original roller,bearing diameter and quantity of inside roller,and improved roller seat,roller beam and lubricating pipeline,enhanced forming roller lifetime. |
