摘    要:采用C-Mn-Cr系和C-Mn-Si系合金成分在武钢CSP生产线上进行了DP580双相钢的生产试制,并对两种双相钢的力学性能和微观组织进行了分析和比较。结果表明,两种双相钢的铁素体晶粒尺寸相近;C-Mn-Cr系双相钢的马氏体岛较为粗大,马氏体分数较高,约为20%~30%;与C-Mn-Cr系双相钢相比,C-Mn-Si系双相钢的岛状马氏体更加细小,分布更加均匀,马氏体分数在15%~20%之间。两种双相钢的屈服强度相近,抗拉强度均在580MPa以上。C-Mn-Si系合金成分更适合于试制DP580级低成本双相钢。

Abstract:Two series DP steels,C-Mn-Cr and C-Mn-Si,were trial produced in CSP line of Wugang.Mechanical properties and microstructures of both dual phase steel were analyzed.The results show that the ferrite grain size of both steel are almost the same,C-Mn-Cr DP steel has more martensite fraction,about 20%- 30%,but the distribution of martensite fraction of C-Mn-Si in the strip thickness direction is more uniform, and the M/A island is smaller.The yield strengthes of the two series are almost the same,both tensile strengthes are higher than 580MPa.The C-Mn-Si steel is suitable for 580MPa DP steel production in Wugang.
