网络化的交流伺服控制系统设计与实现

摘    要:设计了一种基于DSP FPGA ASIPM的网络化交流伺服控制系统.讨论了基于CAN总线的网络伺服控制系统的设计原则和实现方法.该系统已成功地应用于数控雕刻机控制系统中.实验结果表明,该系统控制精度高、响应速度快、低速运行平稳,同时还具有连接简单、系统可靠和易于实现等优点.

Abstract:This paper presented a network-based AC servo control system using DSP, FPGA and ASIPM, and discussed the design principles and the realizing method of the CAN bus based AC servo system which was successfully applied to the control system of the digital carving machine. Experimental results show that this kind of system has high level of precision, responses fastly and works stably at low speed, meanwhile, the system is proved to be simpler to connect, more reliable and easier to realize.
