| 摘 要： | 对３７例银屑病患者采用生活事件量表（ＬＥＳ）和症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ－９０）进行临床心理社会调查分析。结果发现心理状态方面在躯体化、忧郁、焦虑、恐怖和阳性项目数五个因子分均高于全国常模（Ｐ＜０．０１）。总生活事件分和负性生活事件分高于正常健康人（Ｐ＜０．０１）．而正性生活事件分低于正常健康人（Ｐ＜０．０１）。对３７例患者随机分为单纯治疗组和综合治疗组进行观察，综合治疗组除一般躯体治疗外，辅以抗抑郁剂和心理治疗。结果发现综合治疗组的疗效明显优于单纯治疗组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

| Abstract: | Life events score(LES) and symptomic control list(SCL-90) were applied in 37 cases with psoriasis to investigate the clinical psychosocial factors.It was found that the scores of five factors (physicalization, melancholy,anxiety,phobia and the number of positive items) were higher in their mental and physical status than the national normal model. Their negative life events score and the total of life events score were highter than normal's.Their positive life events score was lower than normal's.All cases were randomly divided into single treatment group and composited treatment group which were treated with anti-melancholic drugs and psychotherapy besides physiotherapy. The results showed the composited treatment group was significantly better than the single treatment group. |
