液压泵在系统中的热平衡研究

摘    要:飞机液压泵在液压系统中的热平衡问题已越来越引起重视,通过对液压泵在液压系统中的热平衡概念的明确,热平衡计算公式的推导以及热平衡应用案例的分析,从而说明了在特定工作条件下,提高泵乃至整个液压系统的寿命是以加大泵的回油量,降低泵及系统效率为代价的。因此,为了提高泵及系统的工作效率和寿命,就必须力求改善泵的工作环境和提高摩擦副材料的抗咬合能力。

Abstract:More and more attention is paid to the thermal equilibrium question of the plane hydraulic in hydraulic system.Based on defining the thermal equilibrium concept of the hydraulic pump in the hydraulic system,reducing the calculation formula of the thermal equilibrium and analyzing the applied case of the thermal equilibrium,this paper states that under specific working conditions,increasing the service life of the pump and the whole hydraulic system is realized at the price of enlarging the pump's oil return...
